Mac & iPad specialist work

Apple hardware is built differently, and it needs to be repaired differently. We invest in the tools and know-how for Apple silicon, TrueDepth cameras and tightly integrated logic boards, so we can take on jobs that many general repairers turn away — including liquid damage, no-power faults and board-level component work.

That means we can often save a Mac or iPad that has been written off elsewhere, and recover the data from it where possible through our data recovery service. Every job comes with an honest assessment first: if a repair is not worth doing, we will tell you plainly rather than run up a bill. If your Mac is slow but otherwise healthy, a system tune-up may be all it needs.

  • Face ID and TrueDepth camera diagnostics and repair
  • Apple silicon (M1, M2, M3) MacBook and iMac servicing
  • Board-level logic board repair and micro-soldering
  • Apple Watch screen and battery replacement
  • Liquid damage treatment and data recovery from unbootable Macs

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our tech repair services.

Do you use genuine Apple parts?

We fit genuine or OEM-quality parts for MacBook displays, batteries, keyboards, iPhone screens and iPad digitisers, and every part is covered by our 90-day warranty. We will always tell you which grade of part is going in before we fit it.

Can you repair Apple silicon Macs?

Yes. We work on M1, M2 and M3 MacBooks and iMacs, including board-level diagnostics, liquid damage treatment and data recovery, not just simple part swaps.

My Mac won't turn on at all — is it worth fixing?

Often, yes. A no-power fault is frequently a board-level issue rather than a dead machine, and it is exactly the kind of work we specialise in. We will diagnose it first and give you an honest view on whether a repair makes sense before you commit.

Will Face ID still work after a screen repair?

On iPhones and iPads with Face ID we take care to preserve the TrueDepth components during a screen repair, so Face ID keeps working. If Face ID has failed for another reason, we can diagnose the TrueDepth module separately.

Can you recover the data from a broken Mac or iPad?

In many cases, yes — even from devices that will not boot. On newer Apple hardware the storage is soldered to the board, so recovery can be more involved, but we will clone what we safely can and talk you through the options before starting.
